The company
Built on quality. Finished to last.
Silverstone Reno & Construction Ltd. is a Calgary-based company that coordinates renovation, exterior and property-improvement work from the first assessment through completion. Clear communication, honest scopes, hands-on project management.
Who you're hiring
Trade experience, run like a business
The team carries 15+ years of combined experience across construction, renovations, roofing and exterior work. That range is the point: when one company understands the roof, the walls and the rooms inside them, projects stop falling through the cracks between trades.
We're based in northeast Calgary and work across the city and surrounding communities. Most projects start remotely, with photos, measurements and a phone call, and every project starts with a written proposal.
You won't get a sales script from us. You'll get a scope, a price, and a crew that shows up.

Our mission
Deliver exceptional renovation and construction services that stand the test of time.
Our vision
To be the most trusted renovation and construction company in Calgary and beyond.
How we operate
The boring habits that make good projects
Everything in writing
Scope, inclusions, exclusions and price land in a written proposal before work is scheduled. If it's not written down, it's not agreed.
One point of contact
You get one person who knows your project, not a call centre. Questions get answers from someone who has seen your job site.
Remote-friendly starts
Estimates, consultations and planning can begin by phone, email, photos, videos and measurements. Your first step never requires waiting a week for a site visit.
Honest recommendations
If a repair beats a replacement, we say so. If your budget doesn't fit the wishlist, we say that too, with options.
Guaranteed workmanship
Silverstone stands behind its work. Warranty length depends on the project, and manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you.
Clean sites, tidy exits
Debris hauled, yards raked, floors swept. The last impression of a project is the cleanup, and we treat it that way.
The process
Six steps, no mystery
The same sequence runs every Silverstone project, from a gutter clean to a whole-home renovation.
Tell us about the project
Quote form, chat assistant or phone. Photos and rough measurements speed everything up.
Assessment
Remote from your photos, or on site. We confirm scope, access and condition before pricing.
Written proposal
Clear scope, materials and price. Options itemized where you have a decision to make.
Scheduling
Dates locked, materials ordered, and one point of contact assigned to your project.
The build
Work proceeds to the written scope. Changes get discussed, priced and approved before they happen.
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work together, clear any deficiencies, and the workmanship guarantee backs the rest.
Exterior specialists. Interior standards.
Siding, roofing, hardie board, metal, cedar and new builds on the outside. Renovations, basements and flooring on the inside. One company, one standard of finish.
Finished & standing proud

Send your project details and photos. The written proposal you get back will tell you more about how we work than any about page could.
