Do small jobs get quoted too?
Yes. Gutter cleaning, fence repairs and pressure washing all get quoted. Small jobs are often how clients meet Silverstone before the bigger projects.
How fast do quotes come back?
Depends on scope. Photo-based assessments start right away, smaller jobs are usually priced quickly, and larger renovations get a proper site look before the written proposal.
Do you handle permits?
Where a project needs them, like most basement development or structural changes, the work is scoped and built to the approved drawings. Your proposal reflects the permitted scope.
