- Photo assessment. Wall photos and the home’s footprint start the estimate; we measure on site before ordering.
- Written proposal. Material, prep, trim details and price in writing, with options broken out.
- Tear-off and inspection. Old cladding comes off and the sheathing gets looked at before it gets covered again. Surprises come with photos, not invoices.
- Wrap and flash. House wrap, flashing and penetration sealing done to spec. This is the part that actually keeps walls dry.
- Install and trim. Panels straight, courses aligned, trim tight around every window and corner.
